Charlotte was my mother‘s caregiver for seven years until my mother passed away at age 99. Charlotte was a godsend. My mother was not the easiest person to care for and Charlotte was able to win her trust and more importantly her love. Charlotte and my mother became inseparable and Charlotte even learned how to play mah-jongg with my mother and the ladies. Charlotte has become a forever member of our family.
