About Charlotte

Hello! My name is Charlie, I am a regenerative farmer in the Reisterstown area. I moved here to Maryland with my fiancé in 2022 from Southern California with the intention of purchasing a farm and to create a profitable farming business with the goal to provide healthy food, sustainably cut flowers, and to educate the community on regenerative agriculture. From May-November I am a full time flower farmer and the rest of the time I farm and nanny on the side! I have been a nanny for about 10+ years right alongside my farming career. I love kids of all ages and encourage self expression, outdoor learning, and creative development entirely while maintaining clear expectations and structure between myself and others. We are a team always and I treat all kids as if they're my own! I can't wait to meet your little ones and safely guide them through the days we spend together!
