About Charlotte

Hi! I'm Charlotte and I've spent the past three years working with kids of all ages in safe, engaging, and supportive environments. Most recently, I've cared for two children (ages 10 and 13), helping with routines, schoolwork, and fostering independence. I also have hands-on experience with toddlers and younger children, always adapting my care to each child's needs. I'm currently earning my Associate of Arts in Elementary Education, graduating this December. My studies have deepened my understanding of child development, which I bring into daily activities. I'm outgoing, reliable, and creative, and I love helping children feel confident and cared for. I'm looking for a consistent, communicative role where I can make a meaningful impact. In my free time, I'm an avid equestrian and ride 3-4 times a week, competing across Florida.
