I have more than 30 years of experience with caring for children and 2 grown children of my own. (includes time with special needs kids). I have also worked for over 2 years with the elderly as a Companion Aide. My HealthCare CPR and First Aid certification. Fully Covid Vacc. as of 8/24. Charlotte was wonderful with our toddler son right from the start, even before her first official day as his nanny. She is very friendly, kind, professional, extremely patient, always punctual, and willing to put in extra time when needed. She was also very responsive and flexible with our and his schedule as various things such as sick days, doctor appointments and vacations came up, and worked with us to come up with a solution that worked for everyone. We remain in touch a whole year later despite our son having moved on to attend preschool because she is an all-around great human being. Thank you, Ms. Charlotte!
