About Charlotte

Hello! :) I'm a full-time coordinator & educator at a university here in San Diego. I love my career but also miss the amazing years of nannying while in high school and college. I believe that investing quality time with babies, children, and teens is one of the most impactful ways we can improve our community (& world)! My childcare philosophy involves learning the parents' preferred style of supervision and infusing as much outdoor time, crafts, imagination, play, nutrition, reading, learning, and intentional rest as each family desires. Safety for the children and honesty with the parents are my top priorities. Lastly, if you're a screen-light or screen-free household, I got you!
