About Charlotte

Nurturing young minds is my greatest joy. With over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I have some college experience and early childhood development coursework. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time, providing a safe and engaging environment. I am First Aid and CPR trained. I also have experience working with up to 20 elementary aged children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable enforcing household rules using positive discipline techniques learned from Chip Delorenzo's Montessori methods. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and texts. I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives, and supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me.
