She is very in-tune with children's feelings and needs and knows how to both support and honor who they are and help them to grow confident in themselves. Charlotte knows how to hold space for children in a capacity that is hard to come by and can meet a child where they are at with patience, grace and empathy. Charlotte loves art and the outdoors and is an amazing leader for kids to explore the world with. She always brings fun projects to the table That incorporate nature and the child's interest. The children I have seen in Charlottes care always form strong bonds with her because of her dedication to bringing joy and love to their lives. I would highly recommend Charlotte for any position relating to children.
