Charlotte was very easy to communicate with, clear with her requirements, abilities and time frames, and seemed like she was going to be a wonderful care giver for my mother on hospice. Unfortunately, my mom ended up passing away before Charlotte was able to work, and I had to cancel her services, but Charlotte was completely understanding and empathetic for my situation. I have a feeling she would have been wonderful, and the part of the process I did interact with her went so smoothly, which is half the battle. I highly recommend giving her a shot!
