Charlotte says she takes care of people as if they were family, and I truly feel that she has done just that! She's helped me care for my 86 y/o husband who's in hospice. She's helped keep me on track because I'm clueless about eldercare, and she helped make it waaaay less stressful. My husband has been home less than a week and I feel like Charlotte has made our life so much more enjoyable. She's sharp as a tack and remembers things that I've wanted to do but forgot. Charlotte is trustworthy, kind, and loves to care for both of us. I am sometimes overwhelmed and she takes care of my mind as well as my husband's since he has dementia and is bedridden.
