About Charlotte

Hello! I'm Charlotte, a 34-year-old Portland native, although I have been living the last 5 years in Ecuador. In Portland I went through the Spanish Immersion program in PPS (Ainsworth), and ever since then I have had a love for the Spanish language and the cultures surrounding it. I continued my Spanish studies at the University of Denver, where I majored in Spanish. I studied a semester in Spain, and after graduating I backpacked through South America. Before moving to Ecuador I worked with kids for four years as a Para Educator at elementary schools in PPS and DDSD and as an outdoor educator at Trackers Earth. My specialty was in supporting students with autism, ADHD, and kiddos who struggled with social/emotional/behavioral issues. Although my experience is in working with kids, I am happy to help adults in their Spanish learning journeys as well!
