About Charlotte

I have over 25 years experience in Elder Care and Hospice. I provide individualized, personal care tailored to your needs. My background includes herbalism, alternative medicine, nutrition, and physiology. I'm a certified End of Life Doula, a former trained chef, and I have a Masters degree from University of Vermont. My care includes making nutritionally sound delicious meals, grocery shopping, pill management, ensuring medicines are given at proper times and reordered in a timely fashion. Bathing, personal care, helping with toileting and exercises are also part of my routine. I will clean and maintain a safe and organized environment in your home, tend to pets, as well as providing companionship. Keeping a journal of vital signs, moods, behavior changes and daily activities, as well as providing transportation to appointments and outings, in your vehicle, is part of my care. I'm also available for overnight shifts. I look forward to hearing from you!
