Charlotte babysat my daughter every week for a year while she was 2-3 years old, and Charlotte was an absolute joy - my daughter and I both love her! She is responsible, punctual, and thoughtful, AND she is amazing with children. My daughter had a lot of separation anxiety, but she would squeal with excitement when she knew Charlotte was coming over. I know Charlotte has lots of additional experience with children, as well. If she was still nearby I would still be asking her to babysit!
