About Charlotte

Hi everyone! My name is Charlotte and I recently graduated from the University of Michigan. I have been working with kids ever since I was 13, as a full-time volunteer at my local summer camp, up until I was 17. I then took on a paid position once I turned 18 for 3 more years. I was tasked with handling groups of up to 20 kids for 8 hours every day, so I am experienced with handling needs for many kids at once!! This experience entailed many additional responsibilities - including water safety (I was tasked with watching the kids during their 2 daily pool sessions), regular sunscreen application, handling snack and lunch time, participating in countless activities per day, and being in charge of the overall safety and wellbeing of the group. I am respectful, kind, organized, smart, hardworking, and absolutely love kids. Outside of work, I am very active, enjoy painting and drawing, and taking walks across NYC.
