About Charlotte

Hi! I'm Charlotte, a 29-year-old Boston local looking to connect with a full-time family. I'm passionate about working with kids and am planning to pursue graduate school in mental health counseling, focused on youth and family development. I currently work with multiple families and have experience with kids from infants to pre-teens. I really enjoy being part of their day-to-day routines and building strong relationships with both the kids and their families. My focus is on creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where kids can learn and grow. I love keeping kids active and engaged, whether that's spending time outside, doing crafts, pretend play, or encouraging independent play. I'm kind, consistent, and want kids to feel comfortable and supported. I'm also happy to help with meal prep and laundry as part of the day. I'd love to connect and learn more about your family!
