About Charlotte

I'd describe my personality as caring, respectful, and outgoing. I like working with kids because they give me a different outlook on life, they are funny, and teaches me skills for being a mom later in life. I'm looking for a job that is stable, and is willing to accommodate to my schedule if needed. I started working with kids when I was 13, I now babysit a lot more and have delt with kids all ages. In my spare time, I like to play softball. I currently attend my college in Naperville, and play softball there as well. One thing you should know about me is I am always on time and I am always up for a challenge. My skills include being patient, I will let a kid be in charge until I need to intervene and will let them do the thing they are allowed. Communication, I am able to talk clearly to kids and most of them follow what I say. Last responsibility, I am always staying on top of the kids and am willing to accommodate to anything.
