As a companion caregiver, I provide social and emotional support to individuals, particularly older adults who may benefit from non-medical assistance with daily activities. My responsibilities may include engaging clients in conversation, assisting with light household tasks, preparing meals, grocery shopping, bill pay, problem solving, medication management, running errands, providing transportation to appointments, serving as a travel companion & destination planning, participating in games, hobbies, and crafts. I value working with older adults and bring six years of caregiving experience. My background experience includes supporting individuals with mental health issues, mobility challenges* and cognitive awareness.
