About Charlotte

I bring a strong and well-rounded background in healthcare, with hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and in patient engagement. In my role as a CNA, I have developed excellent clinical skills while providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring comfort and safety. My experience has strengthened my attention to detail, patience, and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments. In addition, my work in engagement has enhanced my ability to build meaningful relationships, support emotional well-being, and create a positive, welcoming environment. As a mother of three children, I have also developed strong caregiving, multitasking, and problem-solving skills that translate naturally into my professional role. I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and creating a safe, nurturing space for others.
