About Charlize

Hi! I'm from Manhattan Beach and currently a UCSB student studying Biopsychology. I'll be home for the summer from June 12-August 20 with a very flexible schedule, and I'm looking for a full-time or part-time nannying position with a local family. I have several years of experience caring for children ages 4-12 and pride myself on being patient, dependable, calm, and engaging. I love keeping kids active, creative, and learning through outdoor activities, games, crafts, and homework help. I also played competitive soccer through high school, so I especially enjoy staying active with kids and encouraging confidence and teamwork. As someone studying psychology, I value creating a positive and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, driving/carpooling, camp pickups, and light household tasks. I'd love the opportunity to support your family this summer and build a meaningful connection with your children!
