I graduated from Chico State where I received a Bachelor's in Public Health and a Certificate in Gerontology. I am currently in my 3rd semester of nursing school and I have my CNA license. I am CPR/First aid certified. I used to work as a caregiver in a memory care facility for a year and three months. I would help the residents with feeding, getting dressed, bathing and showering, transportation, mobility, and all other ADLs. I also helped take care of a family friend who had dementia as well and would be a companion for her while also transporting her to her desired locations.
