Hi, my name is Charlize and I just graduated from Texas tech university with bachelor of science in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Medicine. My first job working with kids was at that Girl Scout camp over the summer, I did this for two years. At that camp I worked with kids from ages 6 to 17. At this camp I worked at the barn where I took care of horses, goats, hogs, donkeys, and dogs. I like working with kids because they always give you such unique views of the world. They always talk about the most interesting topics and have such a playful imagination. I love animals because they love with their whole hearts. I have grown up with dogs and I've owned a horse and chickens. I can't imagine a life without animals in it. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my dog, friends, or family, watch hockey, and play board games. I worked 3 years as a student athletic trainer and have earned my heart saver CPR AED First Aid certification.
