About Charlisse

Hi! My name is Charlisse (Charli for short). I graduated in '23 with a Bachelor's in Psychology with a Business emphasis. I currently work in Strategic Partnerships/Operations and will be starting law school this fall. Until then, I'm hoping to spend the summer doing something I love-working with kids! I have 7+ years of experience babysitting and mentoring children ages 2-14. In high school, I mentored elementary and middle schoolers through a program called Friday Night Live, and in college, I worked weekly with one family for about 3 years. I'm confident managing multiple kids and creating a fun, safe, and structured environment. With my background in psychology, I bring a patient and understanding approach to childcare. I value open communication, conflict resolution, and trust with both kids and parents. I truly care about each child's well-being and development. Looking forward to meeting your family!
