About Charlisse

Hi! My name is Charlisse (Charli for short). I graduated in '23 with a Bachelor's in Psychology with a Business emphasis. I have 9+ years of experience babysitting and mentoring children ages 2-14. In high school, I mentored elementary and middle schoolers through a program called Friday Night Live, and in college, I worked ~17 hours/week with one family for about 3 years. I have 3 nieces under 5 and have babysat for family friends over the years. I'm confident managing multiple kids and creating a fun, safe, and structured environment. With my background in psychology, I bring a patient and understanding approach to child development. I value open communication, conflict resolution, and trust with both kids and parents. I will be starting law school next fall. Until then, I'm looking to assist a family weekly. Looking forward to seeing if we're a match!
