About Charlie

I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and reliable. I love finding out of the box solutions and unique activities that teach different types of responsibility and creativity. I like working with kids because I learn something new every time I interact with them. It's inspiring to see them learn and explore and I love when I get to encourage them as well. I'm looking for a job that works with my schedule, is reliable, and has very clear boundaries. I am ok taking jobs that aren't as consistent as long as there is good communication. I started working with kids when I was about 11, I volunteered at a local church helping care for the pre-k through 2nd graders. Eventually I started volunteering with students at a non-profit organization and went on to run various classes and camps of my own for Kinder-5th graders. One thing you should know about me is I am always open to communication if anything changes or if either of us need something.
