About Charlie

Charlie is truly the best caregiver I have ever had the privilege of knowing. My son began in her nanny share at just 5 months old, and from the very first day, he LOVED her. Every morning he would light up when he saw her, and every afternoon he would be beaming at pick up after a day of laughing, learning, and feeling completely loved. Charlie thoughtfully plans age appropriate activities, introduces new skills through play, and helped our son learn sign language and build his vocabulary with songs, reading, and constant encouragement. She is fully present and so engaged with the kids, and it shows with how safe and excited the kids feel around her. The deep belly laughs videos I would receive of my son would give me so much comfort and confidence as a parent. I always knew he was in the best hands. Her approach to childcare is incredibly intentional, gentle, and grounded in respect. She models kindness in everything she does. She also has an amazing ability to care for multiple children of different ages at once. The kids absolutely adore her and connect with her in such a meaningful way. She is a truly safe, steady, loving figure in their lives. Charlie is wonderfully communicative, reliable, and receptive to feedback. We were beyond lucky to have Charlie caring for our little one. I cannot recommend her highly enough to any family searching for exceptional childcare. She is, without question, a rare and extraordinary caregiver.
