About Charlette

The desire to help others live fulfilling lives is what drives me as a caregiver. Witnessing the compassionate care my father received during hospice solidified my calling. For the past 10 years, I've provided respite care, live-in care, transportation, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, with current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide written daily reports and always follow a family's preferred communication method. Understanding a care recipient's past and acknowledging their present challenges is important to me. I am here to support you and your loved ones in any way I can, and I look forward to building a trusting relationship.
