About Charles

I am a peaceful, competent, and attentive caregiver and overall capable lifestyle assistant. I have been assisting a few seniors over the last two years covering everything from property management, to end of life hospice care. I enjoy being of service to seniors as its one of my ways to show up as love each day. I also tend to a few people who are homeless as a volunteer in the parks. I received my degree in social work and have been in many types of interesting service jobs and businesses/ I utilize healing through diet and lifestyle and our thinking. I am competent on computer skills, financial management, property management. I do not easily go to anger, judgement or other negative emotions. I am able to guide seniors in meditation, energization exercises, yoga, qigong. I enjoy sharing smiles, humor and enjoying each moment. I will treat you or your parent as my parent. I enjoy hearing stories, finding ways to connect my clients to others, to nature, and opportunities for fun.
