About Charles

I am a United States Marine Corps veteran which I am very proud of. I have been cooking for people my entire like both in the restaurant industry and privately. I am in the process of getting my Culinary Arts degree as well. I have a CNA and I'm certified in adult and pediatric first aid/CPR/AED. I lost my Daddy to Alzheimer's and I helped take care of him the entire way he was my best friend and I just lost him recently. So I know all about that struggle and how to take care of someone struggling with the illness. I don't wear scrubs maybe my chefs uniform or normal clothes because I want to be comforting to whom ever I am helping and not want them to feel like they are in a hospital. I look forward to helping and cooking some amazing foods! I also have a serve- safe food handler and manager certification as well.
