Julianne is great with kids and is very personable! She has watched all three of our children from the time the twins were 15m (now 5) and our youngest since age 3m (now 2). She interacts with each child on their level so they connect amazingly with her (the kids are always excited when she is coming to "play"). Julianne is also able to maintain control (and authority) when the children need correction (based on what we, the parents, have established and what she is also comfortable with). In addition to a natural ease with the kids, she adheres to special requests/routines/activities that we set (ex: what screen viewing is allowed/not allowed). We have full confidence in Julianne when she watches our children! We know they are safe and well taken care of.
