About Charlene

I have over 10 years experience in adult and senior patient care. I currently work for a huge local medical facility. I worked as a medical assistant in the emergency room and ICU units for 13 years but now I am working in a new position for the same facility where I no longer do patient care. I love what I did and I miss working and interacting with my patients. My experience includes but are not limited to helping with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation ADL, s and companionship. I have experience with using mobility devices such as the "sit to stand". I strive to create a comfortable environment. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and managing confusion. I communicate with families through verbal updates and according to their preferences. My approach is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
