Charlene helped us out in a pinch when our planned childcare had an emergency issue to tend to. Charlene was extremely responsive and dependable - even traveling a meaningful distance to our house through the snow. We found her to be trustworthy, courteous, and very kind and caring with our children. Our children loved spending time with her. She did a great job engaging them. She fit into our family's flow and way of doing things extremely well. I would recommend Charlene for hire and we will definitely look to work with her again.
