Charlene is dependable, kind, and has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child was happy and well taken care of. She is the type of person that brings a calm and reassuring presence to everything she does. I can say with full confidence that I consider her the most trusted person in our support network, and I truly value getting to know her and now consider her a close friend and wonderful role model to my daughter. She is genuine, extremely empathetic, and is truly the best caretaker we’ve ever had and we feel so lucky to have found her. My daughter is no longer at the age where we need Charlene’s services as often as we once had, but still, when we do, she is the first person we contact. I can’t recommend Charlene highly enough—any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
