Hello families! I'm Charleigh, I'm a dedicated childcare professional with more than 15 years of diverse experience. Throughout my career, I have run a private at-home preschool program, worked as both a live-in and live-out nanny, and served as a medical caregiver. I am also a proud mother of three. I believe children thrive when they feel respected and guided. My discipline approach relies heavily on positive redirection and offering constructive choices (e. g., 'you may do this or you may do that') instead of a flat 'no.' I am flexible with days, hours and pay, CPR, First Aid certified, safety-focused and ready to create a nurturing, structured, and fun environment for your children.
