Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. For the past three years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. As a Certified Home Health Aide with CPR and First Aid Training, I offer transportation, run errands, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and always respect the care recipient's independence. I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred communication method.
