About Charla

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with over 10 years of childcare experience and 8+ years in healthcare. I am a registered nurse with ICU experience at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and recently moved to Nebraska, where I will be working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit while pursuing my dual DNP in primary and acute pediatric care. I have experience caring for children from 4 weeks to 12 years old and truly enjoy creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. My medical background allows me to be attentive and prepared, while my personality helps me build strong, trusting relationships with families. I am certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and have completed NRP education. I also hold degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Nursing. I am happy to assist with childcare, school pick-ups/drop-offs, errands, and light household tasks. I have my own reliable transportation and am a non-smoker. I take pride in being reliable, patient, and someone families can genuinely trust.
