About Charitza

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, professional and outgoing. I like caring for seniors because I believe it can be a fulfilling way to give back to those who have paved the way for younger generations and to gain valuable life lessons and perspectives and the chance to make a positive impact on someone's life as key motivators. I'm looking for a job that is long term has stability and a good respectable atmosphere. I started caring for seniors when I was 19 years old. I started off taking care of my grandmother and when I had my first baby girl I started as a Home health aide and I have been in this field ever since. I absolutely love what I do and I'm very passionate about it. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my 4 kids and my husband. Doing outdoor family activities. My skills include empathy/compassion, communication skills, physical stamina(adaptability).
