About Charity

Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. For the past 30 years I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. With a graduate degree and coursework in Early Child Development, I bring a strong understanding of how children learn and grow. I am retired nurse and nursing home administrator. My approach is patient, creative, and always friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I provide detailed daily reports, communicate verbally at pickup, and send regular updates via text or phone. Enforcing household rules is something I do with ease. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I love making a difference in the lives of children and supporting their families. I'm excited to learn how I can help your family thrive!
