About Charito

I'd describe my personality as attentive, observant, patient, and compassionate. I'm looking for a summer job that will support a family with their child care needs as well as some light household duties, if needed as well. I started working with kids when I was a teenager (caring for one of my piano teacher's baby) and then in my 20s, I worked for three years as a TA for students with autism. In my spare time, I like to spend most of my time with my 12-year-old daughter along with our two kitty fur babies, gardening, and playing my piano and percussion instruments. Three things you should know about me is how patient and caring I can be, and that I have been an elementary teacher for the past 17 years. I have also been a church music director for 21 years. My skills include putting the child as my number 1 priority, engaging them, and ensuring their needs are being met.
