Charis was a wonderful addition to our family. She's very friendly and fun to be around, but also knows how to get kiddos back on track when necessary. Charis was always willing to go the extra mile to help out in whatever way she could. She's very knowledgeable about childhood development and what makes kiddos tick. She will be an asset to your family! If she hadn't moved away for college (which we knew ahead of time that she would), she would still be working for our family. :-)
