We had the plasure of working with Charissa for our 9 month old. We tried daycare, but he needed more 1-on-1 care. I took an extended leave to stay at home with him for 8 months, so when Charissa came, there was an adjustment period. Charissa handled this transition period with such grace. She assured me all was well and that I could focus on work and as each day she came, he got more and more used to her. It didn't take long for me to hear him laugh when they played or was excited to see her come to our home. She was appropriate, clean, and considerate. My two other children, who are school aged, love Charissa as well. She engaged with them when they came home from school and even took them on walks with her and the baby. They still talk about her and miss her. I felt comfortable having her at our home and care for my son. She is a gem!
