About charis

Hi, I'm Charis! I'm a dedicated and energetic childcare professional with years of experience working with children from Pre-K through 5th grade. I'm currently in my senior year of college at Medgar Evers studying Psychology: Childhood Development with a minor in Early Education. I currently work as a paraprofessional in NYC public schools, where I provide one-on-one support to students with special needs and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. I've also led afterschool programs and summer camps, designing fun, educational activities like crafts, games, conflict resolution lessons, and reading projects.
