About Chapman

As a student at Duke University, I pride myself on being responsible, dependable, and highly attentive to the needs of others, qualities that naturally carry over into the way I care for animals. I have extensive experience working with dogs through Eyes Ears Nose & Paws, where I helped raise and train future service dogs. Through this experience, I learned the importance of patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and understanding dog behavior in a variety of environments. Caring for service dogs required me to maintain routines, reinforce training, monitor behavior closely, and help dogs feel calm and confident in public settings. It taught me how to be both attentive and adaptable, especially with high-energy or anxious dogs. Beyond my experience, I genuinely love animals and understand how important it is for pet owners to trust the person caring for their pets and home. I strive to create a safe, caring, and reliable environment for every dog I work with.
