Chan is an outstanding senior caregiver! I am an RN and have worked professionally with a lot of home health aides over the years and can honestly say Chan is, hands down, way above most of them- truly top tier! My mom needed in home senior care which eventually became hospice/end of life care, and we personally needed an in-home caregiver. Many of the Aides and CNAs I have worked with, I would not hire for my family members. Chan is the exception; she is dependable, motivated, meets the patient where they are mentally/physically with whatever their ever-changing needs are, and has a heart of gold. She is adaptable, communicates well with the client and the family members, and is willing to do the hard work. Chan is an excellent caregiver, and I give her the highest recommendation possible!
