We will gravely miss Joy. She came into our home as our nanny for our almost-two-year-old daughter and became so much more. Her care was extraordinary, she was constantly engaging, teaching, and thinking ahead about what our daughter was ready for next, and her knowledge of early childhood development showed. Her recommendations on toys, and activities were always thoughtful and spot on. What truly set her apart was how far she went beyond her role. While our daughter napped, she never sat still. She did the laundry, cooked our meals, and one afternoon, unprompted, reorganized our entire pantry. She is the rare combination of deeply hardworking and unfailingly detail-oriented. Our daughter adored her, and we never once worried when she was in her care. Any family lucky enough to bring her into their home is getting someone truly extraordinary, and we recommend her without hesitation.
