Hi, I'm Chanté. Caring for children has been both my profession and my greatest joy. In addition to being a mom in a blended family of five, I have worked as a nanny, in school settings, and in social work supporting children and teens of various ages and needs. I hold a degree in Child Development and thoughtfully support each child's academic, emotional, and developmental growth. I also have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and those with learning differences, and I value patience, structure, and individualized care. My approach is calm, nurturing, and consistent. I believe children thrive in environments where they feel safe, respected, and encouraged, and where caregivers and parents work together as a team. I'm comfortable in dynamic households and understand the importance of flexibility, communication, and mutual respect. I take pride in providing high-quality care and building trust amongst families.
