About Chanta

Chanta worked with our 98 year old love one 3 days a week for approximately 4 months. Her employer is extremely busy with running a construction company so it was important that he had a reliable and dependable caregiver. This alleviated the stress of worrying about his mom during the time he spent on his sites. Pros: She helped her employer with his mom. Especially with hygiene and companionship. Cons: Better communication regarding time off (i.e text messages were not good for her employer but in writing with a follow up to confirm that there is coverage). Although her employer kept up with her time, Ms. Chanta needed to fill out the time card that was provided in order for her to keep up with her hours so that there were no discrepancies. More walks outside with wheelchair or walker. It is very difficult to find good help and we appreciated the help that Ms. Chanta provided during her time with her employer’s mom.
