Making a positive impact in the lives of adults and seniors is why I became a caregiver. I have three years of experience providing respite care, running errands, shopping, and assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient and calm, and I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I also incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I provide verbal updates during visits and follow the family's preferred communication method. I've completed some college, and I have current CPR and First Aid certifications.
