About Channing

For over 20 years, I've been dedicated to helping children unlock their full potential. I hold a graduate degree in Communication Disorders and specialize in the providing speech therapy for the following populations: toddler, preschool k-1 elementary school students. I believe every child is unique, and I adapt my teaching through active listening, observation, and varied strategies like visual aids and hands-on activities. I keep children motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating every success. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents, fostering a collaborative environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I would love to help your child thrive in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
