About Chanel

Hi! I'm Chanel! I am a speech-language pathologist that works in the elementary school setting with children aged 3-11. I have experience working with neurotypical children as well as exceptional children that have extra needs. Children I have worked with include children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and mitochondrial disorder, to name a few. I love kids. I enjoy learning about their interests and helping to foster their growth. Because of my experience in my profession, I understand how important exposure to reading and modeling language is for a child's development. It's my passion. I'm looking to obtain work during the summer, since I will have the time off from school. I would love to be of assistance to your family!
