About Chanel

Hi, my name is Chanel! I have experience in both part-time and full-time, long-term care-giving for newborns to 17-year-olds. I take my contribution to a family/household seriously. I like to focus on engaging activities, particularly outdoor adventures & craft projects. I do not rely on electronics to entertain kids and instead prefer nurturing, creative activities. I am a big DIY advocate and love to set up projects for kiddos. I have experience in special needs, assisted care-giving, at at-risk children. I studied Nutrition with an emphasis on sustainability and holistic healthcare and am currently enrolled in a Herbalism intensive. This is something I like to incorporate in to my childcare positions and I am very comfortable preparing food for a variety of dietary needs as well as taking care of sick kids.
