Chance is such a sweet person and very intentional with our little ones. She brings a nice creative and calming approach into her work with kids. I was most impressed with her ability to work well with different age ranges (a pre-teen, 7 yr, and toddler). We've had a number of caregivers that were good but Chance truly wowed our family. We'd recommend her to any family and will definitely welcome her back to our home.
