We couldn't have asked for a better caregiver for my grandmother in her final days on hospice. Chana was unbelievably gentle and patient. She had a calming presence, and her guidance and experience was invaluable (for example, she had a great instinct about how and when it was time for my grandmother to be moved and when she needed help vs. to leave her alone). We relied on her input a lot. I can't recommend Chana enough for all situations, but especially if your loved one has dementia or is end of life.
